Pikkola is free to use. These terms are short, and they are mostly about what a time converter can and cannot promise.
1. Using Pikkola
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Times are for planning, and worth checking
Pikkola converts times using the time zone data built into your browser, which normally follows the IANA time zone database. Rules do change, devices can hold outdated data, and some regions apply unusual adjustments. For anything where being an hour wrong has consequences — flights, broadcasts, legal deadlines, payroll — confirm the time with the authority responsible before relying on it.
3. No warranty
The service is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, probe it without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others, or use it to break the law.
5. What you create stays yours
The meeting plans you build and the links you copy are yours. We claim no ownership over them. Because a plan lives in your browser and in the links you share, we cannot recover one that you delete or lose.
6. Our content
The Pikkola name, the design of this site and its text are ours. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not present the service as your own.
7. Third-party services
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. If external services are added later, for example advertising, their own terms and privacy policies apply to those parts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikkola is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, business or data, arising from the use of this site. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.
9. Changes
We may change or discontinue the service, or these terms, at any time. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Pikkola는 무료로 쓸 수 있어요. 이 약관은 짧고, 대부분은 시간 변환이 무엇을 보장할 수 있고 무엇은 보장할 수 없는지에 대한 이야기예요.

이 사이트를 쓰면 이 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봐요. 동의하지 않는다면 이용을 중단해 주세요.
2. 시간은 계획용이고, 확인이 필요해요
Pikkola는 브라우저에 내장된 시간대 데이터(보통 IANA 시간대 데이터베이스)로 시각을 변환해요. 규칙은 바뀔 수 있고, 기기에는 오래된 데이터가 남아 있을 수 있으며, 일부 지역은 특이한 조정을 적용해요. 한 시간 차이가 문제가 되는 일(항공편, 방송, 법적 기한, 급여)은 반드시 해당 기관의 공식 시간으로 다시 확인해 주세요.
3. 보증하지 않는 부분
이 서비스는 있는 그대로, 이용 가능한 상태로 제공돼요. 특정 목적에의 적합성, 권리 비침해를 포함해 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떤 보증도 하지 않아요. 중단 없이, 오류 없이 작동한다고 약속하지 않아요.
4. 허용되지 않는 이용
사이트를 방해하거나, 허락 없이 취약점을 탐색하거나, 다른 사람의 이용을 저해할 만큼 대량으로 수집하거나, 불법적인 목적으로 쓰지 마세요.
5. 만든 것은 사용자의 것
직접 만든 회의 계획과 복사한 링크는 사용자의 것이에요. 저희는 그에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않아요. 계획은 브라우저와 공유한 링크 안에 있으므로, 삭제하거나 잃어버린 계획은 저희가 복구할 수 없어요.
6. 저희의 콘텐츠
Pikkola 이름과 이 사이트의 디자인, 글은 저희 것입니다. 사이트를 링크하거나 출처를 밝히고 짧은 문장을 인용하는 것은 괜찮아요. 서비스를 자체 서비스처럼 소개하지는 말아 주세요.
7. 외부 서비스
사이트는 Cloudflare를 통해 제공돼요. 나중에 광고 같은 외부 서비스를 붙인다면, 그 부분에는 해당 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 적용돼요.
8. 책임의 한계
법이 허용하는 한, Pikkola는 이 사이트 이용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해나 이익·영업·데이터의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않아요. 무료 서비스이므로 저희의 전체 책임은 사용자가 저희에게 지급한 금액, 즉 0원으로 제한돼요.
9. 변경
서비스나 약관은 언제든 바뀌거나 종료될 수 있어요. 위의 날짜가 최신 버전을 나타내며, 변경 후에도 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

Pikkolaは無料で使えます。この規約は短く、内容のほとんどは「時刻の変換が約束できること、できないこと」についてです。
1. Pikkolaの利用
このサイトを利用すると、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合はご利用をお控えください。
2. 時刻は計画用であり、確認が必要です
Pikkolaはブラウザに組み込まれたタイムゾーンデータ（通常はIANAタイムゾーンデータベース）で時刻を変換します。規則は変更されることがあり、端末に古いデータが残ることもあり、一部の地域では特殊な調整が行われます。1時間のずれが問題になる用途（航空便、放送、法的期限、給与）では、必ず所管機関の公式な時刻で確認してください。
3. 保証しないこと
本サービスは現状のまま、提供可能な範囲で提供され、特定目的への適合性や権利非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。中断や誤りがないことを約束するものではありません。
4. 認められない利用
サイトを妨害する行為、許可なく脆弱性を調査する行為、他の利用者に支障が出る量の収集、違法な目的での利用は行わないでください。
5. 作成したものは利用者のもの
作成した会議計画とコピーしたリンクは利用者のものです。当方が所有権を主張することはありません。計画はブラウザと共有リンクの中にあるため、削除・紛失した計画を復元することはできません。
6. 当方のコンテンツ
Pikkolaの名称、このサイトのデザインと文章は当方のものです。サイトへのリンクや、出典を明示した短い引用は歓迎します。サービスを自らのものとして提示しないでください。
7. 外部サービス
サイトはCloudflareを通じて配信されます。将来、広告などの外部サービスを追加する場合、その部分には各サービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
8. 責任の制限
法律が認める最大限の範囲で、Pikkolaは本サイトの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的な損害、利益・事業・データの損失について責任を負いません。無料のサービスであるため、当方の責任総額は利用者が当方に支払った金額、すなわち0に限られます。
9. 変更
サービスや本規約はいつでも変更・終了することがあります。上部の日付が最新版を示し、変更後も利用を続ける場合は更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
10. 準拠法
本規約は、国際私法の抵触規則にかかわらず、大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
