Pikkola is a time zone meeting planner that runs in your browser. There is no account, and the meeting you are planning is never uploaded.

The short version

• No sign-up, no account, no user database.
• The cities, working hours, date and time you pick stay in your browser.
• No analytics, no cookies, no advertising, no third-party scripts.
• If you copy a share link, the meeting details are inside the link.

1. Who runs Pikkola

Pikkola is an independent web tool published at pikkola.com. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].

2. What stays in your browser

Pikkola stores one entry in your browser's local storage, under the key pikkola.v1. It holds the cities in your meeting and their working hours, the selected date, hour and meeting length, and your language, theme and 12/24-hour preferences. Your browser creates it and reads it back; it is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not linked to an identity. Clearing site data for pikkola.com deletes it.

3. What reaches our servers

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical request needed to deliver a page — including an IP address, browser type and the requested address — and keeps standard logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not build a profile from those logs and do not combine them with anything else.

4. Cookies and analytics

Pikkola sets no cookies. There is no analytics product, no session recording, no advertising pixel and no social embed. Fonts, icons and scripts are served from pikkola.com itself, so opening the page makes no third-party request.

5. Advertising

Pikkola shows no advertising today. If advertising is introduced, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites; Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings and at aboutads.info. Any such change will be reflected on this page before it takes effect, together with the consent controls that apply where you live.

6. Links you choose to share

When you copy a Pikkola link, the cities, their working hours, the date and the selected time are written into the address. Anyone who opens that link sees the same plan, and it may be stored by whatever you send it through. Treat a shared link like a calendar invitation: share it with the people who should see the meeting.

7. Your choices

• Delete the stored plan at any time by clearing site data for pikkola.com in your browser settings.
• Use a private window if you would rather leave nothing behind.
• Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy.

8. Children

Pikkola is a general-purpose scheduling tool and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and material changes are described here.
